2.How fast do orders usually ship?

Orders normally ship in 3-7 business days.

3.What makes Rickie's Discount Electronics different from other electronics store?

Where as most stores have gone away from phone support we always try to answer our phone during normal business hours and are there to answer any questions or concerns that you might have.

4.How long does it usually take for my order to be shipped?

All orders are usually processed and shipped between 24 to 48 hrs.

5.How do i track my order?

There are two ways to track your order. This first is an email is sent to with the tracking number and link. The second is log into your account and click on the status of your order and it will have your tracking information provided. You may click on that number and it will tell you the information.

6.How long does it usually take to receive my tracking number?

You usually receive a tracking number within 48 hours of when you order was processed.

7.What is your return policy?
